Questions new patients ask
Common questions
How long will my first visit take?
About 60 minutes. That covers your history, a full exam, and time to talk through what we find.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in 7 days a week, until midnight Monday to Saturday. You can also book ahead and we will hold a time for you.
Should I fill in the patient form before I come?
It is optional, but it helps. The patient form covers your medical history, dental history and consent. Filling it in at home means there is no paperwork waiting when you arrive. If you would rather do it here, that is completely fine.
What if I have not been to a dentist in years?
That is more common than you think, and nobody here will lecture you. We start from where you are today and work out what matters most first.
Will my first visit hurt?
A first visit is an exam and a conversation. No treatment happens without your agreement, so you will know exactly what to expect before anything begins.
Do you speak Persian?
Yes. Our team speaks Persian as well as English, so you can ask questions in the language you know best.
