What to bring

Do not have all of it? Come anyway. We can work with what you have and sort the rest at the desk.

About 60 minutes. That covers your history, a full exam, and time to talk through what we find.

No. Walk in 7 days a week, until midnight Monday to Saturday. You can also book ahead and we will hold a time for you.

It is optional, but it helps. The patient form covers your medical history, dental history and consent. Filling it in at home means there is no paperwork waiting when you arrive. If you would rather do it here, that is completely fine.

That is more common than you think, and nobody here will lecture you. We start from where you are today and work out what matters most first.

We direct bill most private plans, and we accept CDCP and NIHB. Bring your card and we handle the claim for you.
